Oversize piston kit, fits all years KLR650. Forged, lightweight, 1mm over stock. Premium rings and wrist pin. Requires cylinder machining. This kit includes required gaskets : head gasket, base gasket, exhaust headpipe crush copper gasket, cam chan tensioner gasket. (gaskets are Kawasaki OEM) Lighter and smoother than the factory setup. If you have an oil user this is a good way to go.

I highly recommend installing a ThermoBob on every KLR650, especially those with a big bore kit. This helps the cylinder stay round.
